01What this site is, and what it isn't

laboiq.com is an informational site about IQ Labs services. It describes how we work and what we do.

It is not a contractual offer. The figures, examples and reports shown illustrate the structure of our work and are not a promise of results. No content on this site creates an obligation between the parties on its own.

02Services are governed by a separate agreement

All service delivery is governed by a written, signed agreement between IQ Labs and the client, with its own scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. If anything on this site contradicts that agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

03Permitted use

You may read the site, share it and quote it with attribution. You may not:

• Use it for illegal activity or to harm third parties.
• Attempt to reach non-public areas, breach its security or interfere with its operation.
• Extract content in bulk or automatically for impersonation or unfair competition.
• Present our content as your own.

Search engine and artificial intelligence crawlers may index the site; that's a deliberate decision and it's declared in our robots.txt.

04Intellectual property

The site's content — text, design, graphics, code and brand — belongs to IQ Labs, except where identified as belonging to third parties. Quoting with attribution is fine; copying the site or reusing its design and text as your own material is not.

05What you send through the form

The form exists to arrange an initial conversation. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets, credentials or sensitive personal data about third parties through it. That's what the confidentiality agreement signed before going into detail is for.

By submitting it you confirm the information is yours or that you're authorized to share it, and that it's accurate.

06Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or withdraw content at any time without prior notice.

07Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, IQ Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of its informational content.

This does not limit liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

08Third-party links

We may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

09Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal law of the United States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

11Changes to these terms

If we update them, we change the date in the header. The published version is the one that applies from that moment.
