01Who handles your data

IQ Labs is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any privacy matter, you can write to us or reach us here:

02What we collect

Two things only:

• What you type into the form: your name, your company name, your email address and the description of the process you want to automate.
• Server technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs information such as IP address and browser, for the sole purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

03What we use it for

Form data is used for exactly one thing: answering your request and scheduling the assessment. We don't use it to send you unsolicited marketing, we don't sell it, we don't hand it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.

The basis for handling it is your own request: you write to us because you want an answer.

04Who it's shared with

To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf:

Beyond this, we only share data if legally required to by a competent authority.

05How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation remains relevant to a possible service relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we do it and confirm back.

06Data belonging to contracted clients

This section doesn't apply to site visitors, but to companies that hire our services. When we deploy agents, we process your operational data under the signed services agreement. Our rules are these:

• Every client runs in an isolated environment, with its own credentials, separate from the rest.
• One client's data is never used for another client.
• We don't use your data to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
• Every action an agent takes is logged, with its risk level and whether it required human approval.
• Credentials and secrets are redacted as the logs are written, not afterward.
• Access is granted at the minimum scope the contracted task requires.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights over personal data, those rights apply too and we'll honor them.

08Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and at people over 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we've received information from a minor, write to us and we'll delete it.

09Links to other sites

If you follow a link to a third-party site, that page is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

10Changes to this policy

If we change something, we update the date in the header. Changes apply from the moment they're published.
